Once again, I hope this message finds you and you loved ones healthy and well and that this pandemic hasn’t directly effected any of you reading this message. We have continued to monitor the COVID-19 situation in our area and have made the following amendments to our original post.
As of 5/15/2020 at 5:00 PM we are open under a modified plan as we continue to provide the best service possible for our customers. For the safety of both our customers and our employees our showroom and shop continue to be closed to the general public.
We will continue to sell parts via telephone order for pick or delivery for a fee, if you need parts please call our office at 301-387-8574 and we will be happy to help you. All parts must be paid for by credit card over the phone before pick up unless you have a charge account with us.
We will continue to provide on-site service for docks needing repair but we ask that you do not make direct contact with our employees while they are working on-site unless necessary.
As for our sales department, we are continuing to do business via, phone, email or any of the online meeting platforms available (Zoom, Facetime, Google meet/duo, etc.).
Our normal business hours until further notice for all business is Monday-Friday 8:00 AM though 4:30 PM, all other times would be by appointment only until further notice. Once again, we hope this information finds you all healthy and well and that this does not directly affect any of our customers, employees or their families.
